Public Hearing:
1) William and Nancy Farrell have requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit on the property located at 10725 Reading Road. This application requests a determination of a proposed use of storage and repair of recreational vehicles, boats, motor homes and motor vehicles according to Section 1248.08(b)(7) of the Village of Evendale Zoning Code.
2) Performance Alignment, 2721 Sharon Road, has requested an amendment to the existing Lifestyles Planned Business Development, established by Village Ordinance #95-30.
New Business:
1) Story Book Kids, 10725 Reading Road
Conditional Use Permit – Storage & Repair of recreational vehicles, boats, motor homes and motor vehicles.
2) Performance Alignment, 2721 Sharon Road
Amendment to existing PBD and review of site plan.
Internal Business:
1) Report from Village Engineer on Evendale Commons Business Park progress. (limited to 5 minutes)
